Mouth-watering sweets – have a look!

Hey people, here are some mouth-watering and lip smacking sweet recipes for you all to satisfy your sweet tooth. Read them and try out in your kitchen cabinets!

Kheer with dry fruits
Ingredients
100 gm rice, 300 gm ter, 500 gm milk, 50 gm raisins, 1 tsp chopped cashew nuts, 1 tsp chopped chuaraa, 100 gm sugar

Method
Wash the rice with water. Pour them in the pressure cooker, add water and cook till 2 whistles appear from cooker.
Open the cooker after 5 minutes. Now add milk and cook without covering the lid for five minutes on low flame.
When milk and rice get mixed well, add chopped raisins, sugar, chopped cashew nuts and chuaraa. Mix well.
Close the flame let in cook in steam for 10 minutes.
Kheer is ready to serve.

Vanilla yoghurt with apricot
Ingredients

2 cup curd, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 100 gm apricots, 75 gm sugar

Method

Soak the apricots in water for at least ½ hour.
Later add sugar to the apricots and bring it to a boil for 10 minutes.
When the mixture get cool down, deseed them. Mash the rest mixture.
Add vanilla essence to curd. Pour the apricot mixture.
Serve chilled.

Chocolate sauce with biscuits
Ingredients

For chocolate sauce
3 tsp coco powder, 4 tsp sugar, ¼ cup milk, ½ cup water

For biscuit setting
15-20 round biscuits, ¼ cup walnut pieces, and ¼ cup crushed peanuts

Method
For sauce
Mix all the ingredients for preparing sauce together and boil them on a flame till a thick sauce get formed.

For biscuits serving
Place all the big sized biscuits in a dish.
Pour the prepared chocolate sauce cover them.
Sprinkle nuts over them at the end.
Pace them into refrigerator to cool down, serve chilled.
