Mouth watering squashes

Hey people, here are some great recipes of refreshing squashes that can certainly help you to beat this summer weather in a cool way. So try them in your kitchen cabinets!

Orange squash
Ingredients:

3 kg orange juice, 1 ounce citric acid, few drops of orange essence, 2 kg sugar, 2 gm potassium Meta-bi- sulphate, few drops of color

Method:

Prepare orange juice and sieve it in clear muslin cloth.
Prepare 1 tar chaashni. Add citric acid while preparing chaashni.
Add oranges to chaashni and mix them well. Also add sieved color, potassium-meta-bi-sulphate. Mix well.
Add essence.
Pour the solution to the boiled bottles.
Place all the squash filled bottles in big utensil half covered with water.
Place the utensil on flame to let the water inside to boil up.
When the water gets cooled down, take the bottles from it and keep them in safe place. Your squash is ready.

Malta squash
3 kg Malta juice, 250 gm water, 2 gm potassium meta-bi-sulphide, 3 kg sugar, 1 ½ ounce citric acid, ½ tola Malta color

Method
Wash all the Malta well with water. Peel them off and prepare their juice in blender.
Sieve the juice using cloth and then pour the juice into a big utensil.
Add sugar and mix well.

Prepare 1 tar chaashni and add 1 ½ ounce citric acid to it.
Mix 250 gm color in water, sieve it using cloth. Add meta-bi-sulphide to it and mix well.
Now add this total mix to the above prepared chaashni.
Pour the empty bottles in boiled water. Clean them. Later fill the prepared juice in these bottles.
Place these bottles in a big utensil half filled with water.
Place the utensil on flame to get the water boiled up.
Later take out the bottles from the utensil.
Preserve the bottles.
Your squash is ready.
