Mouth-watering soups recipes

Hey girls and guys, here are some sumptuous soup recipes for you all! Just red them and try in your kitchen cabinets!

Cheese soup
Ingredients

1 liter vegetable stock, 250 ml milk, 100 gm cheese, 100 gm carrot, 30 gm corn flour, 25 gm onion, 1½ tsp butter, salt to taste

Method
Heat butter in a pan and sauté onion and carrots in it.
Add vegetable stock to it and cook for 15 minutes.
Prepare a thick batter of corn flour and milk in a cup and then pour it into the above pan. Cook till the soup turns thick in consistency.
Add grated cheese to the pan. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve.

Rice-broccoli soup
Ingredients

700 ml vegetable stock, 100 ml boiled rice water, 70 gm boiled broccoli, 40 ml cream, 25 gm boiled rice, salt and pepper to taste

Method
Boil vegetable stock in a pan for five minutes. Add boiled rice water with boiled broccoli.
Cook for ten minutes on low flame and then add salt, pepper with cream.
Add boiled rice after 5 minutes.
Serve.

Masoor soup
Ingredients

700 gm vegetable stock, 200gm cooked masoor dal, 100 gm grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves, 2 lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste

Method
Boil the cooked masoor dal and vegetable stock together in a pan after adding salt and black pepper.
After the boil, add lemon juice and grated coconut.
after 2 minutes, take it off from the flame and garnish with lemon slices and coriander leaves. Serve hot.

Mint soup
Ingredients

750 gm vegetable stock, 100 gm curd, 20 gm mint leaves, salt and pepper to taste

Method
Boil the vegetable stock and then add blended curd to it. Mix well and again bring it to a boil.
Add salt and pepper.
Add mint leaves.
Serve hot.
