Mouth Watering Recipes
Hey girls and guys, here are some mouth-watering and sumptuous vegetarian recipes only for you all. Read the recipes written below, I am sure you all would love these lip-smacking dishes! Don’t forget to try them in your kitchen cabinets at least once.
Alloo tikki
Ingredients for preparing alloo tikki
50 gm boiled potatoes, 50 gm soaked moong dal, 100 gm peas, 50 gm walnut, 1 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp anaar Dana, 2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander seeds, coriander leaves, oil for frying
Method for preparing alloo tikki:
Mash peas and soaked moong dal in bowl.
Chop ginger, green chilies and coriander leaves.
Make a nice paste of anaar Dana.
Now, mix all the seasonings with peas and moong dal paste.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the above prepared mixture in it.
Add walnut paste to mashed potatoes and mix well.
Make small balls of this potato mixture and fill the peas mixture in them.
Heat oil in karahi and fry these tikkis.
Serve hot with mint chutney and tomato sauce.
Bread rolls
Ingredients for preparing bread rolls:
1 bread , 250 gm potatoes, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp anaar dana, 1 tsp red chili powder, 5 green chilies, ghee, 25 gm ginger , salt, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp black pepper powder, coriander leaves
Method for preparing bread rolls:
Fill a bowl full of water. Dip the bread slice into water for half minute and take it out. Squeeze the water.
Prepare potato mixture using all the seasonings and other ingredients.
Take the water-soaked bread and fill the potato mixture in it and roll carefully.
Prepare all the other bread slices in this same manner.
Heat oil in pan and fry these bread rolls in them.
Serve hot with chutney.
