Mouth-watering recipes for your tiny tots

Aallo batata
Ingredients for preparing aallo batata:
250 gm boiled and mashed potatoes, 25 gm besan, 1 tsp anaar Dana paste, 2 green chilies, some green coriander leaves, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 onion, ghee or oil for frying

Method for preparing aallo batata:
Mash the potatoes well.
Add hoped onions, green chilies, and chopped coriander leaves to it.
Add salt, garam masala and annaar Dana to it. Mix all well.
Make a batter of besan in a bowl. Add red chili powder to it and salt.
Make small balls of potato batter. Dip these potato balls in besan batter.
Fry these balls in oil in a pan till they turn golden brown in color.
Serve.

Masala poori
Ingredients for preparing masala poori:
100 gm murmure, 3 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp coriander power, 25 gm roasted chana, salt, 1 chopped onion, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp amchoor powder, imli water.

Method for preparing masala poori:
Mix all the ingredients of bhel puri.
Add imli water with some mustard oil drops.
Add murmure. Mix well
Serve with tea.

Moong dal chilla
Ingredients for preparing moong dal ka chilla:
250 gm moong dal paste, 4 chopped green chilies, some coriander leaves, ½ tsp coriander powder, oil for frying, 2 gm chopped ginger, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala

Method for preparing moong dal ka chilla:
Mix the dal paste well. Blend it well in a mixer.
Add all the masale in it and mix well.
Prepare a nice batter with the dal paste using water.
Pour some drops of oil on tawa. Pour a tbsp of this batter on it and prepare a nice pancake.
Cook it from both sides.
Serve with mint chutney and tomato sauce.
