Mouth-watering murabbas

mangomurabbaHey people, here are some tasty murabbas for you all! Just read them and try in your kitchen cabinets.

Mango murabba
Ingredients:

3 kg kache aam, 100 gm chuna, 3 kg sugar, water as required

Method
Wash the kache aam and peel off. Separate its pulp nicely in a bowl.
De-seed all the mangoes.

Soak the mango pulp for 20-25 minutes in chuna water. Later take it off from the chuna water and wash them nicely with water.

Prepare a sugar solution of 1 tar. Add the mangoes and cook on low flame.
When all the ingredients mixes well, fill them into clean container. Mango murabba is ready.

Potato murabba
Ingredients:

4 kg potatoes, 10 lemons, 2 ½ liter water, 8 kg sugar

Method:
Peel off the potatoes and make holes in them with the help of a knife.
Add lemon juice to the clean water and pour all the potatoes in it. Cook them on low flame.

Prepare sugar syrup. Add the potatoes to the sugar syrup. Add lemon juice for 3 more lemons.
Cook sugar syrup mixed with lemons on low flame.
Later take off the mixture from the flame and keep aside to cool down.
Fill into the clean container.
Potato murabba is ready to savor.

Banana murabba
Ingredients:

2 kg banana pulp, 2 kg sugar, 350 gm lemons, 4-5 cardamoms, water as needed

Method:
Chop the banana pulp into small pieces and pour into a bowl.
Add some water in the same pan and cook on low flame.
After 2-3 boils, take it off from the flame.

Prepare sugar syrup and add lemon juice to it.

Add boiled banana pieces to the sugar syrup. Also add cardamom pieces to it.
Mix everything well. Later fill them into clean container. Your banana murabba is ready.
