Fruit fantasy
Ingredients:

120 gm fresh orange juice, 60 ml pineapple juice, 6 strawberry, slice of watermelon or any seasonal fruit and ice

Method:
Pour all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Pour into a glass and garnish with chopped fruits. Serve chilled.

Banana squash
30 ml ginger syrup, 30 ml lemon juice, 30 ml sugar syrup, 3-4 banana, and ice

Method:
Blend all the above ingredients in a blender nicely. Pour in glass. Pour some chopped bananas in the glass and serve garnishing with chopped mint leaves.

Screwdriver
Ingredients:

40 ml pineapple juice, 40 ml orange juice, 40 ml grapes juice, ice

Method:
Pour the juices in glass one by one. Now place all the crushed ice in the glass. Garnish with slices of orange and serve chilled.

Shirley temple
Ingredients:

30 ml pineapple squash, 30 ml lemon squash, 30 ml Fresh cream, ice

Method:
Pour the above ingredients one by one in a glass and mix well. Pour fresh cream on the top. Garnish with red cherry and serve chilled.

Buttermilk with jal leaves
Ingredients:

600 ml buttermilk, 150 gm curd, 1 bunch of jal leaves, and 2 tbsp chopped chives

Method:
Pour buttermilk curd, jal leaves in a blender to make a nice puree. Pour it in a glass and then add chives to it. Serve chilled.

Mint fizz
Ingredients:

8 Chopped mint leaves, 1 tsp sugar, 150 ml boiled water, juice of 1 orange, juice of 1 lemon, 150 ml soda water, 6 ice pieces

For garnishing:
Mint leaves

Method:
Pour sugar, mint leaves and boiled water in a jug. Let it cool down for sometime. Later add fresh fruit juices to the jug. Place the jug in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Now sieve the juice well. Add soda water and mint leaves to it and serve.
