Mouth-watering main course dishes for you- have a look!

Hey people, here are some lip-smacking main course dishes for you all. Just prepare them in your parties or at festive occasions, I am sure from your elders to tiny tots, all would love these sumptuous dishes.

Mixed vegetable
Ingredients

1 tsp olive oil, 1 chopped onion,  chopped capsicum, 1 cup boiled and chopped vegetables ( beans, cauliflower, gourd, mushrooms), 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/ 2tsp garam masala powder, 2 tsp chopped coriander  leaves, salt to taste, 3 tsp grated paneer

Method

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions in it for ½ minute.
Now add capsicum and fry it for 2 minutes.
Add all the boiled and chopped vegetables with red chili powder, garam masala, salt and coriander leaves.
Cook for some time.
Add the grated paneer to the above mixture.
Place this in microwave oven for baking it for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Serve hot.

Kashmiri malai baigan
Ingredients:

½ kg baigan, 1 tsp haldi powder, salt to taste, oil for frying, 20 gm jeera powder, 1 tsp sugar, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ cup tomato puree, 2 cup cream

Method:

Wash the brinjal and chop them in small pieces. Add salt and turmeric powder to them and keep aside for 2 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the above brinjal pieces till they turn golden brown in color. Keep them aside.
In the same oil, splutter jeera powder, add sugar and red chili powder. Add tomato puree and let it cook for 1 minute. Keep the puree aside to cool down. Later add cream to it. And mix well.
Add fried baigan to it.
Again place the pan on flame and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with chapattis or jeera rice.
