Mouth-Watering Dishes Of Milk-Cream

Hey people, here are some sumptuous recipes of milk-cream. Just have a look below on these tasty recipes so that you can prepare them in your kitchen cabinets.

Malai ras-kand

Ingredients:

125 gm malai, 125 gm khoya, 1 kg milk, 5 gm pista, dry leaves of rose, ghee, 125 gm sugar, 150 gm basmati rice, 10 badam, kesar, chandi vark

Method:

Sauté khoya in a pan.

Mix kesar in some milk and then mix it in the above khoya.saute again.

Wash rice nicely and add to the 250 gm milk and cook. Let it gets thick. Make a paste of this mixture in a blender.

Pour the rest of milk in a boiler and boil it. When the milk reduces to half, add 750 gm sugar, chopped dry fruits, add cardamom powder to it. Mix well.

Mix the left sugar in khoya and prepare small round balls from it.

Prepare small rounds of rice flour too. Place these balls in the above balls.

Fry these balls in a heated pan till they turn to golden brown color.

Pour these balls in milk. Let these balls be in milk for 2 hours.

Place these ras kand in plate and pour milk cream over them.

Garnish with rose petals and chandi vark.

Serve.

Malai maalpuae

Ingredients

1/ 2 cup maida, 1 cup milk, 2 cups water, ½ cup milk cream, 1/2 cup sugar, ghee

Method

Add malai to the milk and mix well. Add Maida to it and mix well. Keep it aside for sometime.

Heat ghee in a pan and pour 1 tbsp malai in it. Fry from both sides till their color changes to brown. Prepare all the maalpuae in the same manner.

Prepare a chaashni in another pan and drop all the prepare maalpuae in them.

Serve hot.
