1 tin condensed milk, 500 gm cashew nuts, ¾ cup sugar, ½ cup cocoa powder, 200 gm butter
Method:
Pour the condensed milk into heavy bottomed pan. In the meantime, chop the cashew nuts coarsely and, in another shallow pan, roast them till light brown and crunchy. Add this to the condensed milk. And in the sugar, cocoa and butter. Place on a medium or low heat and stir all the ingredients together till everything mixes well.
Keep stirring and mixing till the contents begin to leave the sides of the pan. This will take about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Pour the fudge mixture onto a cool, greased baking tray and allow cooling.
Once cool, cut into squares and serve warm. It will taste even better when served warm with ice cream!
