Mouth-watering cutlet recipes

Hey people, here are some mouth-watering cutlet recipes for you all!

Moong dal cutlets
Ingredients

50 gm moong dal paste, 50 gm onion, 1 tsp coriander, 5 gm ginger, ghee for frying, 4 green chilies, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp re chili powder, salt, coriander lees

Method
Blend the moong dal paste well.
Chop onion, ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves and add to the above paste with all seasonings. Heat oil in a pan and prepare small cutlets from the above paste and fry them in oil till they turn golden brown in color.
Serve with green mint chutney and tomato sauce.

Palak cutlets
Ingredients

1 bunch of palak, 50 gm besan, 4 green chilies, salt, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp anaar Dana, 1 tsp red chili powder, pinch of soda-bi-carbonate, 1 tsp coriander, oil for frying

Method:
Wash the palak well with water. Chop the palak in a bowl.
Add chopped green chilies and ginger in besan.
Make a paste of anaar dana and add to the besan.
Add salt, red chili powder, coriander, inch of soda to besan. Mix all well.
Heat oil in a pan and drop plalak cutlets dipped in besan in it.
Fry them from both sides till they turn golden brown in color.
Serve hot with tomato sauce and mint chutney.

Pake kele ke cutlets
Ingredients

6 pake kele, ½ tsp red chili powder,  green chilies, coriander lees, 1/ tsp garam masala, 500 gm besan, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 ginger, salt , ghee for frying

Method
Peel off banana and chop them into four pieces.
Add all the masale in besan and prepare thick paste using water.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Dip the banana pieces in besan and fry them in oil.
Crisp them
Serve.
