Mouth-watering breads for you all

Hey people, here are some mouth-watering bread recipes for you all!

Matar ke paranthe
Ingredients:

250 gm wheat flour, 25 gm ginger, coriander leaves, 1 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp jeera, salt, 125 gm peas, 2 green chilies, 1 tsp anaar dana powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp dry coriander , 1 tbsp ghee

Method
Make a nice paste of peas in a blender.
Heat some ghee in a pan and sauté jeera in it. Add all the seasonings. Add ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves and sauté well. Add peas and cook them well.
Add salt and ghee to flour and make nice dough.
Prepare small rounds from dough, fill the above peas mixture in it and prepare parantha.
Heat some oil on tawa and fry the parantha from both sides.
Serve hot with chutney.

Bathua parantha
Ingredients

250 gm flour, 25 gm ginger, 250 gm bathua, 4 tbsp ghee, 2 green chilies, 1 tsp dry coriander, pinch of hing and salt, ½ tsp red chili

Method:
Boil the bathua and squeeze water from it and make a nice paste in blender.
Add chopped ginger, green chilies with other seasonings.
Add salt and ghee to flour and prepare dough. Add bathau paste to it.
prepare nice parantha and fry them on tawa from both sides.
Serve hot with chutney.

Moong dal meetha parantha
Ingredients:

250 gm flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 cardamom, 1 cup milk, 15 gm moong dal paste, 4 cloves, 4 tbsp ghee

Method:

Add ghee and milk to flour and prepare nice dough from it.
Add sugar, clove, cardamom to dal paste and mix all well in a blender.
Prepare small rounds from dough and fill the above paste in it. Prepare parantha from it and fry them on tawa.
Serve hot with plain curd.
