Mouth–watering uppama recipes for you all-read!

Hey people, here are some mouth-watering, sumptuous healthy uppama recipes for you all, just read them and try them in your kitchen cabinets. I am sure you all would love them!

Dal- gajar uppama
Ingredients

1 cup daliya, 1/2 cup chopped onions ,4 chopped green chilies, some chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp urad dal, some curry leaves, salt, lemon juice of 1 onion, 1/2 cup moong dal soaked in water, 1/ 2cup chopped gajar, chopped coriander leaves, ¼  grated coconut, ¼ tsp mustard seeds, 1/ cup chana dal, oil

Method
Heat 4 tsp oil in pan and splutter mustard seeds in it. Add chana dal and urad dal to it and sauté. When dal turns reddish in color, add curry leaves and chopped raddish to it. Cook for sometime by adding 3 cups of water.
When water starts boiling, low the flame. Pour daliya and 1 tsp oil and cook for sometime. At the end, add grated out to it. Mix well.
Serve after pouring lemon juice over it.

Marble uppama
Ingredients

1 cup flour, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal,  green chilies, salt, oil, 1/ 2 cup grated coconut, 1/2 cup crushed peanuts, 1 chopped onion, some curry leaves, juice of 1 lemon, some chopped coriander leaves

Method
Mix flour, crushed peanuts and grated coconut together.
Sauté chopped onion in pan with chopped green chilies.
When onion turns to brown color, add flour mixture and sauté well. Add water and cook for sometime. Prepare balls from this mixture.
Heat 2 tsp oil in another pan and splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dal in it.
When dal turns red in color, add balls in it and sauté.
Serve the balls after garnishing with coriander leaves and tinge of lemon juice.
