It can help in the prevention and treatment of various ailments like headache, bronchitis asthma, heart problems, gastritis, diabetes, constipation, cancer and menstrual disorders amongst others. While we all are aware about the various benefits of drinking water and keeping oneself hydrated, you need to follow some steps and tips to leverage the medicinal power of water.

Here is how you can use water as a powerful and effective medicine. As you wake up in the morning, drink 4 x 160 ml glasses of water. Then brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything till 45 minutes. After the elapse of 45 minutes, you are free to eat and drink whatever you want. Similarly, after 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner, do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours.

This simple treatment can help in treating high blood pressure, gastritis, diabetes, constipation and even cancer. Drink more of warm water after meals rather than your favorite cold water. Follow these steps and see the difference in a few days and weeks
