Lunch Date Ideas

October 3, 2008

Going on a date is an exciting prospect and if it is your first date, then it is bound to be filled with excitement mixed with anxiety and even uncertainty. Going on a date for lunch is much more relaxed and casual than a dinner date. Moreover, lunch dates gives you a better opportunity to understand each other with comfort. But this does not imply that lunch dates are mere casual and informal; you can make it exciting, creative and romantic by following some given tips.

Lunch dates do not necessarily imply going to a restaurant, eating, meeting and then simply farewell. While you can try that too if you want to go the perfect conventional way, there are other exciting creative ideas too. Why not try going to a romantic park with packed lunch consisting of your favorite food items and drinks. If you are more on the adventurous side, you can also go on a hike with some packed snacks and enjoy the hiking experience with your date. Not a bad idea is having a lunch date at home in front of TV. You don’t necessarily have to go out for a movie; instead feel comfortable at home, munch your favorite snacks along with watching something light and comedy to ease off the tension associated with the whole concept of date. This would give you an opportunity to become more free and comfortable so as to slowly strengthen your relationship through effective communication. A beach lunch date is another thrilling idea. If you want to make your date friendlier, then why not try some games too. After all, dates are all about enjoying yourself. Also, only if you both are comfortable with each other, that you can actually move ahead with the relationship.

Follow these given tips and make your lunch date a special one.
