Hey for all you fitness-freak people, here is the list of some super foods, just have look on them!

Blueberry
Do you know that a single blue beery fruit contains number of antioxidants which are required for the proper functioning of your body? So don’t think, just a grab some blueberries from your kitchen table and taste it!

Dark chocolates
Undoubtedly we all love chocolates, but before indulging into chocolates, keep the key point in your mind-darker the chocolate, more good it will do to your heart. Hey so don’t think much about gaining weight, have a piece of dark chocolate everyday. Cocoa is rich in antioxidants too in higher quantities.

Olive oil
Hey are you still using that refined and high calorie desi ghee for preparing your food items? Believe me, its high time now, say a big NO to them and incorporate a good habit of making your food in olive oil. Olive oil is the best medium for preparing food nowadays. It contains healthy unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E in big doses.

Tomatoes
Tomatoes are highly inflammatory. It helps in fighting against prostrate cancer, so what more you thinking- just have a bowl of chopped tomatoes everyday as a part of your salad.

Spinach

Pomegranate

This single fruit has the ability to ward you off from number of prevailing ailments. Believe me this is 100 percent true. This is anti-inflammatory and rich in number of antioxidants.

Tea
Here we are talking about green tea only, not your regular cuppa or black tea. Green tea is highly beneficial for your overall body. It fights against various type of cancer. It is rich in flavonoids.
