Liquid fasting is also of two kinds- clear liquid fasting diet which contains only clear liquids and disallows milk and the other one being a normal liquid diet in which anything liquid is permitted. If you are wondering as to how long this liquid fast should last, it all depends on you. It can range from 3 days to 40 days. The longer you keep it, the better as it removes toxins from your body and also unwanted fat. Thus, you will not only be healthy but also fit with a much good looking figure.
