Lip smacking sweets recipes- have a look!

Hey girls and guys, read out some delicious and lip smacking sweet recipes- I am sure you all would love them. So read out and try out once in your kitchen cabinet.

Flour halwa
Ingredients:

250 gm wheat Dana, 150 gm low- calorie sugar, 50 gm ghee, 100 ml low fat milk, 15 gm dalchini powder, 50 gm badam and pista

Method:
Soak wheat Dana in water for at least 5 hours. Later make a paste.
Heat ghee in pan, add wheat paste in it and roast it for 10 minutes.
Add milk, sugar and dalchini powder to it.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Take it off from flame and garnish with chopped pista and almonds.
Serve hot.

Shahi tukra
Ingredients

½ liter milk, 2 tsp saffron (soaked in water), 100 gm sugar, 100 ml hot water, 12 slices milk bread, peanut oil for frying
For filling:
200 gm khajoor, 60 gm castor sugar, 20 gm butter (salt less), 50 gm chopped almonds, 50 gm chopped pista, 350 gm rabri

Method:
Bring milk to a boil. Add 1 tsp saffron. Mix well and keep it aside.
Add sugar to the hot water. Let it get dissolved in water.
Cut the milk bread in round shape. Fry these breads in pan till they turn golden brown in color.
Dip these breads firstly in sugar syrup and then into saffron milk.

For filling:
Soak khajoor in hot water and when they turn soft, mash them. Add castor sugar and butter to them and beat well to prepare a nice cream. Add chopped almonds and pista to it. Your filling is ready.

For serving:
Place the breads in plate. Pour rabri on it. Now pour the above prepared filling paste. Cover with the pother bread slice and serve.
