Nimki
Ingredients:

4 tbsp besan, 4tbsp rice four, 1 tbsp curd, pinch of baking powder, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, amchoor, coriander powder, and oil for frying

Method:
Add besan to rice flour with baking powder. Mix all well.
Add curd, salt and water to the above mixture and prepare a nice batter. Keep aside this batter for 1 hour.
Later add chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, anchor, garam masala, red chili powder to the batter and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Make a small hole in a cloth and pour the batter in that cloth. Now make small rounds jalebi like rounds with that hole in a pan.
Fry from both sides till color changes to brown.
Place them on serving plate and garnish with carrots, onions, radish and boiled potatoes.
Serve with sauce and mint chutney.

Banana and sabudana tikki
Ingredients:

4 kacche kele, 1 cup sabudana, ½ cup peanuts, salt, green chilies, coriander leaves, oil for frying

Method:

Boil the bananas without peeling off their skin.
Soak the sabudana in water 1 hour prior to cooking.
Crush the peanuts roughly.
Mix crushed peanuts, soaked sabudana, boiled kele, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves and salt together. Mix them well.
Prepare small tikkis with this mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and fry these tikkis on low flame.
Serve hot with mint chutney and tomato sauce.

Bread uppama
Ingredients:

4 bread slices, ½ tsp mustard seeds, curry leaves, 4 green chilies, salt, ½ cup curd, 2 tsp urad dal, coriander leaves, ¼ tsp red chili powder, oil for frying

Method:
chop bread into small pieces and pour theses pieces into curd.
Heat 1 tsp oil and sauté mustard seeds and urad dal in it. Add all the other ingredients in it.
Add turmeric and salt to bread mixture.
Heat some oil on tawa and sauté bread pieces on it from both sides.
Place on serving plate and garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chutney.
