Lip-smacking breakfast dishes
Hey girls and guys, here are some healthy and sumptuous breakfast items for you all. These breakfast dishes can be prepared in very less time, so what more you thinking of? Just read their recipes and try them in your kitchen cabinets!
Stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients
15-20 fresh mushrooms, 1/2 cup thick curd, 4 tsp grated cheese, 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp chili sauce, salt and black pepper powder, 2 tsp butter
Method
Wash the mushrooms nicely and cut their stem.
In bowl, pour curd, cheese, garlic paste, chili sauce, salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
Fill the above paste in mushrooms.
Grease the microwave flat pan with butter and place all the mushrooms in it. Pour the butter over mushrooms.
Let them cook in microwave for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
Cheese potato pie
Ingredients
1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup grated cheese, 1 tsp corn flour, 4 tsp butter, salt, black pepper as per taste, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped capsicum, 1 chopped green chilly, 1/ 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 2 tsp tomato puree, ¼ cup milk, 1/2 cup paneer cubes, 1 cup boiled vegetables like carrots, bean and green peas
Method
Add grated cheese, corn flour, 1 tsp butter, salt and black pepper powder to potatoes. Mix all well.
Pour the above mixture in greased microwave pie dish. Place them in microwave and let it cook there for 10 minutes. Your potato pie is reedy.
In another pan, pour butter with onion, capsicum, boiled vegetables, salt, black pepper powder, green chilies, and ginger and garlic paste. Let it remain and cook in microwave for 2 minutes. Now add milk, paneer cubes and tomato puree. Use the above mixture to fill in potato pie.
Sprinkle grated cheese on pies and let them cook there microwave for 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
