Is your man suffering from sexual problems? Read this on!

August 25, 2008

About 35% of men under the age of 45 suffer from sexual problems and they hardly do anything about it. If you also find your man going off sex recently or showing trouble performing in bed and he is not telling you the reasons, then it’s time for you to do a little bit of probing yourself. Mind it, that ignoring these problems can have a devastating effect on his health as well as on your relationship.

He can’t get an erection
Around 2.3 million of men have erection problem, which is quite frustrating and embarrassing for both partners. But make sure you do not indulge into critical comments at these moments as this will make him feel more pressured. Approach the subject delicately and ask him how you can help. Make it a shared problem so that he doesn’t feel under attack. In the meantime, you can ask him to give you oral and manual stimulation so that he can feel that still he can satisfy you. This will build up his confidence and even solve the problem. If he smokes, tell him to cut that down. This is because men who smoke are 40% more likely to suffer from impotence.

He ejaculates too quickly
Nearly 30 to 40 percent of men ejaculate too quickly. The reason for this varies from men to men. Make sure you reassure him that you love having sex but would like it to last longer. For this you can tell him to use stop/start technique. Use the hands to stimulate his orgasm, then stop, and then start again. Do this three times in a row, letting his arousal subside each time before starting again. This method will create a slow arousal build-up, helping him get more control. It will also help him have more intense orgasms.
