Hey people, here are some mouth-watering and lip-smacking Indian recipes for you all- just try them in your kitchen cabinets! I am 100 % sure you all would love them.

Gobi mussalam
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower, 4 onions, 2 tomatoes, 4 green chilies, coriander leaves, seasonings, ginger, garlic, oil for frying

For garnishing:
Salad leaves

Method:
Wash the cauliflower.
Pour that much quantity of oil in a pan so that ¾ the cauliflower gets dipped in it. Heat oil and place cauliflower in it.

When cauliflower starts getting golden in color, take it out from oil and keep it aside.
Take out the excess oil from pan and sauté chopped onions, ginger and garlic.
Add seasonings and stir-fry.
Add tomato and let it cook for sometime.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and stir-fry.
Use this prepared masala and fill in the cauliflower in a nice manner.
Again place the cauliflower in pan and cook for 5 more minutes on low flame.
Place the prepared cauliflower on serving plate. Garnish with salad leaves, green chilies and coriander leaves.
Serve hot.

Stuffed tomato
Ingredients:
8 tomatoes, 250 gm potatoes, seasonings, green chilies, coriander leaves, ghee, 1 tbsp maida

Method:
Wash the tomatoes. Hollow these tomatoes from the center and keep them aside.
Boil the potatoes. Peel off and Mash them. Add tomato
Pulp in it. And chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, garam masala, turmeric powder and mix well.
Fill the above-prepared mixture in tomatoes. Close these stuffed tomato with tomato slice with the help of maida batter.
Heat oil in a pan and place all tomatoes in it. Cook them on low flame.
When tomatoes starts to get soft, take them out and place them in serving plate.
Garnish them with coriander leaves and green chilies. Serve hot.
