Important Tips for Pregnant Women

Eat lots of veggies
Do you know that eating lots of frits and vegetables in pregnancy stage can reduce the chances of miscarriage by fifty percent? Not only this you will be amazed to hear that eating four apples a week can really protects your child from disorders like asthma. So don’t wait any longer, just grab some fresh fruits from your refrigerator whenever you are in a mood to eat.

Skip alcohol from your diet

Taking alcohol based drinks and even alcohol in itself can have real dangerous effects on pregnant women and her child. Remember that alcohol consumption can lead to foetal alcohol syndrome.

Cut your caffeine intake
No matter how tiring you feel, taking cuppa of coffee to revitalize yourself, when pregnant can be really harmful. It has been proved by various studies that excessive intake of caffeine in any form leads to premature birth of a baby and in acute cases can lead to miscarriages too. However, a cup a day is safe.

Avoid painkillers
If you are taking painkillers every now and then to get relief from bodily pains, as this is the easiest method-then better you think again! Instead of medicating yourself, make sure you visit your healthcare expert and deliver your problem to him. He will definitely prescribe you a medicine that suits your need in the best way. Always remember that taking painkillers without doctor’s advice does more harm than good. Remember that painkillers increase the risks of miscarriage in pregnant woman. So, next time before popping a pill again, think about it!

Incorporate fish in your diet

It has been proved that women who eat fish during pregnancy have children who are better advanced in their communication skills. Isn’t this great news! So eat lots of fishes.
