Here are some ways that can help you to use stress to your advantage, read it out!

Do you know that when you are competing and determined to win, stress triggers the release of adrenalin which boosts your performance to a great level? So only work up about important races, the ones that you really need to win.

Does work deadlines stresses up you in a big manner? Don’t worry! Remember that deadlines creates positive stress when they approaches, spurring you into action. You often produce better work when you up against a deadline. Why not try setting your own deadline before your boss announces the one for you?

Always remember that without the presence of those biochemical responses in your body towards stressful dangerous situations, you would never be able to well prepare yourself to recognize and escape from real perils. So take the advantage of the situation.

Does traffic jams stress you out? Hey don’t panic, just accept the delay and listen to some wonderful music for the time being. Use the time to do something relaxing and positive and benefit yourself from what otherwise would have been a stressful experience for you.

If you keep pushing and not succeeding, use stress as a trigger to stop and think again. Don’t let the stress wind you up; take it as a signal to review, not as a threat to your success.
