How to take care of your cosmetics

Make up is an art just like any other form of art, which has to be practiced to be perfected. Thanks to relentless research and development in the world of beauty that made available enormous variety of beauty products in market. This wide variety has confused the customers in making their product selection. But, the important point to remember here is that expensive is not always the best, and how much money you pay for your cosmetic is not an indication of their quality.
If buying of good quality of cosmetic is important, than it’s as important to take proper care of them after they have been purchased. Here are some do’s and don’t that you can follow for taking proper care and maintenance of your cosmetics.

Avoid sharing:
It would be wise if you avoid sharing your cosmetics with other people. It may be possible that you catch up allergies and infections, if your cosmetics have been used up by unhygienic hands.

About mascara:
Give special attention to protect mascara because mascara applicators pick up germs very easily thus damaging your eyes to a great extent, if proper care is not taken off.

Place on proper place
As far as possible, place the cosmetics in a cool and dark atmosphere. Light, dust particles, heat and moisture have a damaging effect on cosmetics so make sure you place them in air-tight and water –tight containers after use.

Buying branded quality
Try to stick to well –known brands for buying cosmetics. This applies for both lipsticks as well as for eye make –up. Also make sure that the foundation you buying too is a product of branded quality, otherwise you’ll develop allergic reactions.

These suggestions, if followed can surely help you in creating your own individual look. So what are you waiting for? Get yourself ready for number of compliments that are sure to come your way.
