If your pimples become red and inflamed, then applying an ice cold pack on them can prove beneficial. Similarly, application of toothpaste and apple cider vinegar can also help in providing relief from red and painful pimples.

To prevent and reduce pimples, you must keep your skin’s pores open as clogged pores are vulnerable to acne and pimples. Thus, steaming your face can help as it helps in opening clogged pores.

Along with the above given tips, you also need to change your diet to naturally reduce pimples. Fatty, oily, and fried food items aggravate pimples and thus you must try to avoid them. Instead, have a high fiber diet and also drink plenty of water. Whole grains and fresh vegetables and fruits are beneficial.

You should also keep a track of food items you are allergic to as there are certain foods that can trigger skin eruptions. Avoiding them is the best way of preventing pimples and other skin problems.
