Along with the above given tips, you also need to change your diet to naturally reduce pimples. Fatty, oily, and fried food items aggravate pimples and thus you must try to avoid them. Instead, have a high fiber diet and also drink plenty of water. Whole grains and fresh vegetables and fruits are beneficial.
You should also keep a track of food items you are allergic to as there are certain foods that can trigger skin eruptions. Avoiding them is the best way of preventing pimples and other skin problems.
