How to protect face from summer’s heat
Summer’s heat can be very dangerous for our facial skin. Wind, dust particles, heat and too much exposure to sun damages the delicate cells and pores of our face. So, it would be wise if you follow certain home made remedies along with rich nutritious diet for nourishing your facial skin. Also, Make sure you choose the high quality make-up cosmetics, creams, soaps etc.
It would be better for you if you cut down your sugar and grains level as these foodstuff interferes with healthy metabolism and lowers your immunity system. Excessive intake of carbs in your diet also increases the chances of pimples.
It is important that you wear shades or a wide brimmed hat whenever you step out. Try to expose your face only to morning or evening sun. Avoid going out in direct heat unnecessarily, if possible.
Nourishing your face with soft fruits masks, creams and yoghurt soothe your skin in summer’s high temperature. For preparing masks, well-ripened bananas and strawberries are the perfect choice.
You can also rejuvenate your facial skin by preparing a home made tonic. For this tonic, first brew the chamomile or calendula flowers and freeze their solution. Later, apply these ice cubes in the morning on daily basis. The soothing herb of this solution contains natural ingredients that moisturize your skin.
Lastly, make sure you wash up your face gently using a mild soap at the end of the day to remove dirt and dust particles that got fixed on your skin. You can then, apply a natural home made cream, made up of few drops of coconut oil mixed well with essential oil like carrot seeds and sweet orange. This creamy, rich and fragrant balm has antioxidant and emollient properties that nourish your skin.
