How to Prevent Stretch Marks
While pregnancy brings with it immense happiness and joy, it also brings with it a fear of body disfiguration and stretch marks. However, it is not necessary that you have to have stretch marks if you are pregnant.
By taking some preventive steps, you can enjoy your pregnancy period without any fear of stretch marks.
People who are overweight and obese also tend to suffer from the problem of stretch marks. This is because rapid weight gain leads to stretching of skin which in turn damages collagen and leads to such unwanted marks.
