How to prepare vegetable puff for your kid

Hey girls and guys, here are mouth-watering and lip smacking vegetable puff dish for you all. Just read out its recipe written below and make it in your kitchen cabinets. I am sure your family members especially the kids are going to love it. This is not only tasty but also healthy and high in nutritive content too.

Ingredients:
150 gm Maida, 15 gm vanaspati ghee, 5 gm salt

For creaming:
5 gm rice flour, 50 gm vanaspati ghee

For filing:
50 gm peas, 50 gm carrot, 50 gm onion, 50 gm potatoes, 100 gm French beans, 509 gm salt, 2 gm green chilies, 1 gm mustard seeds, 1/ 2lemon, pinch of turmeric, 2 bunch of coriander leaves, oil or ghee for frying

Method:

Sieve the Maida twice. Add salt and 15 gm vanaspati ghee into it. Add water and prepare nice dough. Prepare small chapattis with the help of roller pin.
Prepare a batter of rice four and vanaspati ghee together.
Spread this paste on the prepare chapatti and cover it with another chapatti.
Cut 1 inch pieces from it and fill them. Add the mixed vegetable filling in it. Give the desired shape and then fry the prepare puffs in oil and serve hot with tomato sauce and chutney.

How to prepare filling

Chop green chilies, carrots, onions, potatoes and French beans into small pieces. Heat the vanaspati ghee in pan and splutter mustard seeds in it. When seeds get cracked, add the chopped vegetables with salt and red chili powder and turmeric powder. Add some water and cook for at least 15 minutes on low flame. Add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
Prepare the filling beforehand. If the above vegetables are not available, then you can use the seasonal vegetables.
