How to party without getting tired
Long night of partying in winter season undoubtedly leaves you feeling tired and bloated. You get into drinking along with swinging to your favorite tune .isn’t it? but here are some easy ways that will help you to party out all day and night long without making you feeling tired at all-just read them out below!
When you attend so many parties, certainly your skin becomes lifeless due to regular use of cosmetics and makeup. So, if you are looking for any wonderful and easy way to keep yourself sparkled till the end of your party, then here is the best way for you. Just take 4 tsp of grated papaya with equal quantity of grated cucumber and mix them well.
Now put a muslin cloth over your face and apply this paste all over. Keep it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off. Believe me; this pack will freshen up your face in a great way. Also it works as a great rejuvenator for dull and saggy skin. This pack will also get your skin rid of toxins. not only this, always keep in mind that while partying you drink lot of water so that your skin does not get dehydrated and can survive the onslaught of endless partying without any difficulty.
You can also drink warm nimbu pani or fresh lemon grass tea. Believe me, taking these fluids at least 6-7 cups helps in flushing away the toxins from your body and helps your skin to glow bright and shiny without the use of any makeup. Great! Isn’t it? Also, try avoiding eating oily snacks; rather go for dry fruits like raisins, hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios etc. the dry snacks are instant energy givers plus low in calories at the same time.
