How to make a quick wrap

Do you know that you can make use of numerous colorful combinations of vegetables to make delicious vegetarian wraps? So just peep into your kitchen and find out some interesting, tempting and sumptuous items to make a quick delicious wrap.

Look out in your kitchen for items like shredded carrot, zucchini, avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, green or red peppers or cucumbers chopped into small pieces in your wrap.

For enjoying a fun family dinner, you can put variety of spreads and vegetables on the table long with fresh tortillas or wraps, and let everybody build their own vegetarian wrap. Believe me, while preparing your wrap; everyone in the family can make their own personalized wrap according to your taste and variety.

You can also make use of pre-shredded carrots and broccoli for a quick and easy wrap. For garnishing your wrap, you can use cabbage pieces coriander leaves, parsley etc. Believe me or not, just make a nice wrap for your kids, and they will surely love them but don’t forget to Serve them warm. These wraps are very much nutritious and healthy food item for every age group.

You can enjoy these tempting wraps with your homemade chutneys or tomato ketchup or even with mustard sauces, low-calorie-chips and snack items.
