How to Lose Stubborn Fat
Just when your weight loss mission was going perfect with you losing weight, you suddenly get stuck up with some stubborn fat which refuses to go despite various attempts of diet and exercise. Wondering why this happens? There are certain places in our body in which fat deposits become quite stubborn. The lower abdominal fat and love –handles can be two of the most stubborn and exercise-resistant areas. However, getting rid of such stubborn fat is tough but not impossible. You can accomplish your goal through combination of proper diet, aerobic exercise, abdominal training and weight training.
Every one of us is born with a set of genetic patterns of fat storage. This leads to different stubborn spots of fat storage. For women, the stubborn areas are generally hips, thighs, and waist. Similarly, men tend to face the problem of fat storage in lower abs and love handles. When we exercise and diet for fat reduction, fat gets burned from all areas of the body. It’s a gradual loss and you can’t expect that fat should be lost from only one particular area of the body. So don’t think that if you keep exercising for only one particular portion of your body, you’ll lose fat from there. Fat losing is a gradual process and it requires regular exercising of the overall body. You can perform some specific weight reduction training for specific parts but remember to indulge in overall workout of the body for maximum effect. It has been found that aerobic exercise is the real secret to burning fat. Walking, jogging, bicycling, elliptical exercise and stair climbing are all great fat burners. Moreover, the best way to burn the layer of flab from your midsection is not to do more abdominal exercise, but to do more cardiovascular exercise.
With exercise, you need a fat loss diet to maximize weight loss program.
