How to look good instantly

June 28, 2008

It is the time of the year when you try hard to look at your best. You want to look natty and naughty, glamorous and gorgeous –all at the same time, that too all at once. But you need not worry. Here are some quick tips for all those people who fail to follow regular exercising regime and maintain nutritious eating habits. These simple instant glow tips, if used fill up your body and mind with sparkling shine and radiance for this hectic partying season.

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water on an average in a day. You can also include coconut water. Remember a well hydrated body and face gives you a fresh look. You can also prepare herbal tea that helps in keeping your digestive system on proper track.

Preparing herbal tea:
Boil 3 cups of water in teapot. Now add one tsp of cardamom clove and crushed cinnamon to it, along with ½ tsp of ginger. Also add a pinch of black pepper. Now keep it aside for 10 minutes. After straining it, you can drink this herbal tea by sweetening it with honey.
This herbal tea can be taken even after your meals or before you hit your bed.

For polishing your skin, you can add small amount of salt in yoghurt and massage your body, hands, and feet with this paste. Leave this paste on your body for at least 5-7 minutes before taking a bath. This mixture gives you an instant glow.

Prepare a pack of papaya with ¼ cup of yoghurt and 2 tbsp of honey and apply on your face and neck. This pack gives you an instant glow, taking away the dead cells and tan of your skin. It provides you a silken soften skin.
