December 18, 2008

Do you find it hard to keep yourself on a motivated note while exercising indoors in your homely area? Then don’t panic anymore! Here is some fun ways that you can add to your exercising schedule that will keep you highly motivated as well as energetic to carry on-just read them out!
s

For starters, why not make a play list of stuff that can wake you up and prepare you for some exercising moves. Listening music while exercising can keep you motivated passes your time more quickly and makes you feel happier all round your day.

Clean an area in your home where you can have enough space for dancing and moving around with your favorite music. Don’t forget to start dancing without stretching your body. Stretching will make the blood pumping plus make you feel more awake. Stretch your legs by stretching slowly side by side, and front to back. Bend down slowly, letting each vertebrae stretch, keeping your legs straight. Come back up slowly the same way. Pull each of your arms by the elbow across the hest around your back, and then over your head. Stretch back over your head backwards a little. Rotate your arms in slow circles head clockwise, and then counter clockwise. Then perform the same with the shoulders.

Dancing is a great cardio, but for muscles, a good workout is the stairs. Go up and down the stairs a many times as you can. For added resistance, go two stairs at a time.

For exercising arms, try out cleaning or painting. Or indulge yourself in some a heavy activity that can get your arms above your head.

Get a chair and do the squats with it. Flip around; sit on it facing its back. Hold the back of it, keeping your feet flat, and stand up. Repeat it again and again.
