How to Have a Pimple Free Skin

July 1, 2009

pimplefreeskinAll of us, be it a man or woman, want our skin to be blemish free. Blemishes, be it pimples, acne, scars or skin marks are something we all want to run away from.

However, there are certain ways by which you can attain your desire and possess a skin that is naturally smooth, clear and pimple free.

Before looking at ways by which you can keep your skin pimple free, let’s look at the causes of pimples on skin. Hormonal changes are a great cause of pimples and it is for this reason they are particularly seen in woman before their menstruation period.

Oily skin and accumulation of dust and pollution on the skin are other causes of pimple formation on skins.

Simple and basic skin care on a regular basis helps a great deal in keeping your skin naturally pimple and blemish free. Cleansing your skin is a necessity as it is important to keep your skin free of oil and pollution.

Thus, you must cleanse your skin with an oil free cleanser regularly. Also, if you get pimples on your skin, then you must not touch or poke it as that can lead to the spreading and worsening of pimples.

Paying special attention to your dietary habits and lifestyle is an essential step towards attaining smooth and healthy skin. Drink plenty of water and keep your skin hydrated as that plays an important role in preventing pimples and other skin eruptions.

Also, eat healthy and nutritious food and avoid junk and oily food, especially if you have an oily skin.

Sleep is another important factor you must focus on to have a naturally clean and healthy skin. Get proper and sound sleep.

Also, you must pay attention to the hygiene and cleanliness of the bed sheet or pillow cover you lay your face on as laying your face on a dirty or unclean pillow case can lead to formation of pimples on your skin.
Thus, follow the above given steps to have a pimple free skin.
