How to Grow Taller

This is because exercising regularly helps in releasing growth hormones for making you grow taller the natural way.
Many people who have passed their height increasing stage neglect the importance of exercise, thereby gaining unwanted weight. This is not only unhealthy but excess weight on a body makes a person look much shorter than he actually is. Also, never indulge in unadvised or self-medicated intake of growth increasing hormones as excessive intake of such hormones can lead to abnormal growth.
