October 15, 2008

Certainly it’s very easy to get depressed about fitness. But remember that your body is really important; it houses you, transports you and enables you to do all the things that you always wanted to do. So if you really want to improve the different aspects of your body’s health, then make sure to keep a good watch over your diet, health as well as fitness of your body. Just incorporate the following easy steps that can make you fitter in couple of months.

Climb the stairs:
Do you know that stairs are great way for achieving firm legs and bottom area? So start getting out of the lift two floors early and climb the rest of the way. Remember that stair climbing is a great workout for heart patients too. So start walking while talking!

Walk to work:
Do you know that on an average to cover two miles only 30 -40 minutes are required? It’s much quicker than your normal bus routine. So leave your habit of taking bus for going office, and start walking. You can even ask your colleague to follow the same route with you.

Laugh out loud:
Laughter is good for your lungs. So don’t just chuckle quickly, let yourself go and laugh out louder and louder and let laughter really works on your lungs. Laughter eases you from the stresses of day-today life plus makes you cheerful in countless ways. So join laughter classes to start up your day with a nice laughter session.

Beat a buddy:
No, I am not saying about advocating violence, but remember that competition or friendly rivalry can spur you both on to get tuned to a fitter level. It doesn’t matter who’s faster or stronger, if you both get fitter, you both win.
