Are you suffering from bad smelly feet which restrict your close proximity with near and dear ones? Have your beautiful feet suddenly become a thing of embarrassment? Many people face the problem of smelly feet which makes them embarrassed and ashamed in front of others. The smell in the feet arises from bacteria which get attracted towards the sweat on your feet and they produce organic acids which give a strong and a pungent smell to the feet. Instead of hiding your feet behind thick socks and shoes to keep the odor away, one can try some simple tips to get rid of chronic foot smell.
Since the main cause of foot smell is bacteria, one should regularly wash one’s feet with antibacterial soap to get rid of this smelly problem. Keeping your feet hygienic, neat and clean is the primary requirement for healthy feet. Moreover, it is extremely necessary to properly dry one’s feet after their thorough wash to prevent it from bacteria attack. It has been found that taking bath with baking soda along with adding a few teaspoons of vinegar helps in soothing the feet along with lessening the odor. Washing the feet with green tea can also help in fighting off bad smell. Similarly, one can also try rubbing one’s feet with turnip juice or radish juice as these are natural deodorants which help in keeping one’s feet odor-free.
One thing which every person should remember is to change their socks everyday as wearing already worn socks without a proper wash can lead to smelly feet. Moreover, it is always advisable to wear clean socks made with absorbent material like cotton to keep one’s feet in a healthy condition. Never keep your feet continuously closed and trapped in shoes as they too need air to breathe so as to ward off bad odor. Moreover, keeping your body hydrated through proper intake of water is necessary to prevent the feet from any bacteria attack. By following these simple tips, one can ward off the problem of smelly feet and walk with confidence and self-esteem.
