How to Get Rid of Eye Bags
Every person, whether male or female, has a desire to possess a perfect body and skin which shines and reflects health and optimum fitness levels. But that’s not the case to be. There are various reasons for it- unhealthy lifestyle, lack of exercise or simple negligence. One of the common problems which women usually in their thirties face is of eye bags. This is a problem which adds years to skin, making you look older than what you actually are. In this problem, pouches start appearing under the eyes, often leading to under eye wrinkles. To reduce the puffiness from your eyes, apply cucumber slices in your closed eyes for about 15 minutes a day. Potato extracts along with cucumber juice cab also be used to reduce bagginess. You should stay hydrated and for that you need to drink plenty of water. Decrease the coffee and the tea intake and make it a habit to drink a glass of warm water with the juice of fresh lemon everyday in the morning. Similarly, lower your salt intake to prevent the baggy or puffy eyes. Also, always ensure removing eye makeup before sleeping. You need proper sleep to prevent eye bags. You need to sleep with your head elevated so as to allow better circulation to prevent fluid from collecting around your eyes. Since eyes are sensitive, do not use creams or lotions without consultation. Stubborn eye bags can also be removed with the help of cosmetic surgery.
