How to get rid of Baggy Eyes
No one likes to move out of the house with baggy or puffy eyes as they hamper one’s beauty and appearance. Baggy eyes can be attributed to lifestyle conditions where people live with constant stress and strainalong with inadequate sleep which leads to a puffiness around the eye region. However, baggy eyes can be caused by other factors also like hormone fluctuations, eye infection, hereditary problem, water retention and even by excess of crying. Whatever might be the reason, every one wants to get rid of this puffiness which can be done through simple and effective means. However, people who have baggy eyes due to some major eye infection or due to genetic relation need to consult a doctor to get rid of this problem. For everyone else, the given tips can prove to be handy for warding off the puffiness from one’s eyes.
The most common solution for this problem lies in eliminating the cause of this problem only. This implies that one should try to get rid of stress and strain and attain good sleep to keep one’s eyes in a healthy condition. In addition, one should drink plenty of water as it can help in flushing out excess of salt from the body thereby preventing the problem of baggy eyes. Similarly, one should reduce one’s salt intake as that can prevent water retention which is one of the major cause of baggy eyes in many people.
People who are suffering from the problem of puffy eyes should try to cool the swollen area near the eye by washing the eyes with cold water or by applying a cool wet washcloth on the affected area. One can also apply cool cucumber on the eyes to relax and soothe them which in turn can aid in the reduction of puffiness and redness. In addition, one should avoid repeated touching or rubbing of the affected area as it can only aggravate the problem due to the sensitive nature of the skin around the eye region. By following these simple preventive and healing methods, one can ward off the problem of baggy and puffy eyes.
