How to get a sculpted and toned lower body

Before undertaking any weight reduction program, it is very important to realize that losing body fat is a result of burning more calories than you really consume. You need not have to stick to a vigorous exercising pattern in your daily life but take steps to eat the right kind of food in your diet. Here’s how you can do both in a perfect way for achieving a well sculpted and toned lower body.

Healthy diet can be the integral part for shaping your body. But It does not mean that you need to starve yourself, what is required is that you should keep a good a watch over what you eating and what not. It is important that you take 5-6 meals a day to keep your metabolism rate working at a good level. Make sure to consume diet consisting of 20 percent of proteins, 65 percent of carbohydrates and 15 percent of fats in your diet. Do you know that by eating the right kind of stuff, you win the half battle itself?

Warm up and squats:
Before starting up any exercises, make sure to begin five minute of brisk walking or marching. You can indulge in squats. For this, Stand with your feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent. Hold the dumbbells in your hands. Keep your back in a neutral position and bend your knees to about 90 degree, making sure your knees do not go beyond your toes. Return to starting position. Do 16 reps.

Butt bridge:
For doing Butt Bridge, lie on your back on a mat and bend your knees. Raise your pelvis and squeeze your hips as you rise. Slowly return to base position. Do 16 reps.

Both these exercises really help in giving you a well sculpted and toned lower body.
