		<description>I&#039;m 24, female, 4&#039;11&quot; I just registered to go to the gym, and I swimming every day. I will take 2 days to rest in the week. I weigh 156lbs and would like to be my healthy optimal weight, I used to be 110lbs and felt healthy and strong, however I have lost my way and I haven&#039;t been able to get back to my desired appropriate weight. I have already reduced several sweets, and my food portions are much smaller, I&#039;d like to reduce my waist size to a size 7, as I have gained 7 sizes in less than a year. I&#039;m not looking to be skinny or anything like that but to go back to my healthy weight. I too would like a  chart, please and thank-you</description>
