How to face criticism in the best manner

January 5, 2009

Undoubtedly many times, we all have to face criticism for our deeds whether on professional front by the boss or colleagues or in the personal life from family members or friends. It is very important for you to face this criticism in a positive manner so that it does not affect you badly in your life. Here, in this article some tips are written that will help you to handle your criticism in the best manner, so just read it out!

Whenever you are kicked or criticized remember that it is often done because it gives kicker a feeling of importance. It often means that you are accomplishing something and are worthy of attention. keep in mind that many people get a sense of savage satisfaction out of denouncing those who are better educated than they are or more successful. So don’t pay much heed to their back biters and live up your life that way you are already living.

Never be bothered about what people say, as long as you know in your heart that you are right. Do what you feel in your heart to be right- for you’ll be criticized anyway. You will be damned if you do, and damned if you don’t. So don’t think much, do your work. Always keep in mind that if you get your head above the crowd, you are going to be criticized. So get used to this.

Instead of waiting your enemies to criticize you for your work, become your own severe critic for your failures. Find the remedy for all your weaknesses before your enemies get a chance to say a word. Think that no one but only you can blame yourself for your fall. Be your greatest enemy for your disastrous fate.
