How to Deal With Ageing

September 2, 2008

Dealing with Droopy breasts
Breasts are vulnerable to gravity as they contain no muscles to keep them up. So make sure you wear supporting bra, especially if you are big busted. To strengthen the supporting pectoral muscles above the breast, try palm pushes. Press palms together hard in front of your breasts, hold for five seconds, relax and repeat it 10 times.

You can also go for a cosmetic procedure to lift your breast and reshape them. In this, excess skin is removed and sometimes implants are added to restore fullness.

Dealing with witchy hands
Undoubtedly the skin and fat on our hands becomes thinner with age and sun damage, making veins much more prominent. For curing this, try to use a soap free hand cleanser and follow it with lots hand cream containing sunscreen. You can mix olive oil with granulated sugar and rub it on your hands to gently exfoliate and moisturize them before hitting your bed at night time.

Dealing with Jowls
Do you know that the skin under the jaw is one of the first places to lose elasticity and give away ageing? To prevent this, make sure you cut down smoking. This is because smoking breaks down collagen round the mouth and jaw, encouraging wrinkles and drooping. Also, avoid jogging on hard surfaces as it makes muscles shear away from the skin and sag.

You can even do this exercises-close your mouth and clench your teeth and then force the corners of your mouth down, so that the muscles in your neck area remain tight. Hold this for 10 seconds. Next, bring the chin muscle upwards, causing the corners of your mouth to contract towards the center of your face. Repeat this 15 times.

Hope the above tricks will help you to keep the ageing process at bay.
