How to cure a sore throat

Have a party tonight? Are you Unable to talk in your voice properly? Is hoarseness irritating you? Then it is very true that you are suffering from a sore throat. When suffering from sore throat, you often experience pain, irritation and inflammation followed by chills, fever and some hoarseness. Here are some of the ways to get relief from the problem of sore throat and its co-related infections, so that you are able to enjoy your party with full fun and frolic. With these given easy treatments you will be able to enjoy those sumptuous dishes lying ion the dining table too without any if or buts.

Tea decoction:
A decoction prepared from tea leaves is an effective remedy for treating sore throat. You can use this decoction with a pinch of salt and gargle with it twice or thrice a day for obtaining relief from throat pain. It is not necessary that you use only fresh tea leaves for preparing decoction. You can simply pour the boiling water over tea leaves in a jug and used the preparation for gargling.

Fenugreek seeds:
You can also prepare an effective gargle solution using fenugreek seeds. This preparation helps in a great way in providing relief from sore throat and other throat infections.

Basil leaves:
Basil leaves, since ages have been used for curing throat infections like throat soreness, throat pain, hoarseness etc. by every class of people. Boil the basil leaves with water in a boiler for five to ten minutes and then use this preparation as a drink. Gargling your throat with this solution helps in curing throat infections very quickly.

Tamarind
:
Boil some tamarind in boiling water and then Use this tamarind water for gargling your sore throat. It will benefit you by leaps and bounds.
