Are your friends reaching your home in an hour when your house is in a mess! Thinking what to do now? Don’t panic otherwise you may damage some of the precious decorative pieces of your home in a hurry. So instead of sitting in a confused state, here’s how you can clean up your home in a jiffy.

You can always put your cleaning kit into proper buckets and laundry baskets, so that you can take them with you and not waste any time in running back and forth. Remember that it always pays to have a proper cleaning system at your home that too followed by every family member so that you don’t have to move from table, to chair, to TV stand. Also, remember that Working in sections really helps a lot and is much easier plus you never miss any spot.

Make sure you use separate tools for separate tasks. For e.g. don’t wash the windows with your dust cloth. Also, don’t just waste your time by scrubbing. Just wipe off the widows and tables and move on for another chore. Remember that it’s waste to keep unplugging your vacuum cleaner. You can use long wires and elongated dusting rods to wipe off the dust of the roof.

Avoid going overboard, but don’t forget to give finishing touch to your cleaning. Most importantly whenever you walk into your home always make sure you put things at their proper place as a daily habit. It definitely makes a difference. For e.g. keeping the newspapers and magazine on table, putting your CDs, DVDs at proper place and regularly dusting of the various electrical items. This will avoid you in getting into a tizzy situation every time when someone comes to your house for a visit.
