Do you often feel blue with or without a reason? Well in that case, read out this simple guide that will help to cast off those blues from your life. Just read on!

Count your blessing:
Always focus on what all you have got and not on what you are missing. It has been found that people, who count their blessing once a week, boosted their mood and improve their health and energy levels tremendously. Not only this, it also relives them from different kinds of pain and fatigue also.

Stop worrying about age:
Why not celebrate your all birthdays?  Do you remember when you were 10 and how 21 seemed ancient to you? So, Enjoy your age because you won’t be this young again.

Get enough sleep:
Do you know that only few of us get enough sleep and that makes us grumpy? Try getting into a bed early one night with a book and then switch off the lights after an hour of reading. This will certainly pep up your mood than any other amount of retail therapy. So don’t waste time any longer while watching a daily soap on television, take a step for you bedroom!

Get rid of annoying tasks:
Make sure to get rid of annoying tasks as early as possible. Make a visit to a doctor, answer a difficult e-mail or even buy a stuff that you really need. Remember crossing an irritating item off your to-do list can give you a rush of energy in your body.

Boost your self-esteem:
Why not identify all the stuffs you are good at? It has been found that self –esteem is highly linked with happiness. Remember that feeling of success is one of the most common sources of joy.
