How to avoid weight gain during journey
Often, during a long road trip you feel stiffed and even fat and the truth is that you could have gained a little weight too. So here are some tips that you can follow to avoid the problem of weight gain during journey.
Drinking plenty of water during your long road trip really benefits you in avoiding weight gain. Water will keep you hydrated throughout your journey and act as a weight controller for your body. Drinking lots of water will also suppress your appetite, thus keeping you away from snacking during your road trip.
Make sure you avoid eating fast food during your road rip. This is a very significant point in regard to your weight gain during long road trip. Eating fast food and then sitting for three hours straight only add pounds to your body.
Always pack fruits and vegetables in the beginning for your road trip. These items won’t last from the beginning of your road trip till the end. Believe me, having these items in your car even for a first half of your journey can prove to be better for your health than feeding yourself on a big bag of potato chips. This is because fruits and vegetables are full of water content that lessens your desire to snack on your road trips.
It would be wise that you walk for few minutes whenever you take a break from driving. You probably won’t want to stop for a long period while on a road trip, but it’s still important to get some exercise. Try to take15 minute walk during your road trip. Getting petrol, moving around the restaurant and a walk to the grocery store for buying objects can be some examples for same. Trust me; it won’t take much of your time. You will be back on road before you know it and will be a little healthier as you go.
