How to achieve maximum result from a workout session
Do you use your gym to socialize? Think again? May be or may be not. When you enter your gym for the first time, first thing you do is crib your trainer to know how he manage to wake up so early as 4:30 in morning. Then you start checking the members of opposite sex. You even try to walk up to them so that you can initiate a conversation with them, forgetting your workout session. These things distract you from you main aim of exercising thus affects greatly on your body. Remember that gym is meant for burning calories not to catch up grapevine gossips, so better that you set there and begin your workout session.
It may be possible that you had a tough day at office when everything went wrong. The internet connection was slower than a turtle and boss’s mood was no good either, leaving you in tired ad stressful situation. Though the day has been tiring for you, don’t leave your workout for this. It is all more important for you to indulge in a workout session at this moment to regain back your efficiency. Mind it, exercising releases hormones that help in dealing with stress in much better way.
You may be the most motivated gym-goer and have been able to stick to your exercise regime till date. However, one bad workout and your motivation hit an all-time low. At this points, don’t forget that everyone goes through a bad workout phase where your body is just not ready to stress itself. So, don’t be too hard on yourself. The bad phase may affect you by a momentary dip in your exercising motivation, but it will for sure pass in due course affecting you only a little.
