July 15, 2008

Did you know that most of your hidden-fashion garments are hidden health threats? Yes it is true. It can lead to you to suffer from small ailments to big painful diseases like fibromyalgia.

“Got it? Flaunt it!” may sound nice and sexy. But showing too much upper part of your skin can lead to fibromyalgia. It’s a condition that leads to pain in muscles, ligaments and tendons. If you going for some body hugging clothes then remember that they can lead to skin infections because sweat gets accumulated more in various folds. Even polyester fabric doesn’t let the sweat to evaporate, thus give way to many infections.

Yes it is very true that who doesn’t about to stand tall? But if you choose heels for the same purpose then think again as heels can develop serious pain in your foot arches. Keep in mind that wearing high heels is a walking talking orthopaedic disaster. It can leads to joint fractures. Wearing very tight and pointed shoes causes bunions, which are extremely painful.

Though there are varieties of soaps and face washes available in the market luring you now and then. But go for ones that are neutral and in a ph range of 5-6. This is because soaps with greater ph are harsher for skin and removes away the protective layer of skin plus causes dryness.

Applying coloring agents like dyes and bleaches have a very damaging effect on your hair. They irritate your hair scalp badly and causes skin eruptions. So it should be wise if you avoid such artificial agents and go for natural henna.

No doubt nothing look greater than sexy danglers on your ears. But it’s high time, face the truth- big earrings can tear your earlobes. So better keep them only for special occasions.
